TennMax America Inc. is a worldwide leader in electronic components for Aerospace and Military industries, headquartered in Vancouver, WA. 

 

What you'll do: 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities would include BOM creation, supplier follow-up,  coordinating with scheduling, and customer support follow-up.

 

Who we want:

A person with attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work are core strengths. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain positive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The preferred candidate would be extremely organized and have experience using an ERP system and ability to work autonomously without supervision.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

•          Strong communication skills; both written and verbally

•          Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software

•          Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills

•          Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

•          Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
▪          Experience in updating and maintaining BOMs and job travelers in an ERP system

▪          Ability to create new part numbers based on material requirements

▪          Purchase order and vendor management experience

•          Experience using an ERP system
